Acutrol 3000 Multi-axis Digital Servo Controller
Inertial navigation test system and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) flight motion simulation

Acutronic's Acutrol® is a digital motion-control system for inertial navigation test system and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) flight motion simulation system applications. It allows precise measurement and closed-loop control of positions, rates and accelerations on linear and rotary motion systems. The system is commanded from a touch-screen operator interface. The Acutrol3000 is designed so that data transfer between the host simulation computer and the motion system instrumentation can be done in real time, through a combination of hardware circuitry and software algorithms.

The objective of the Acutrol real-time interface is to transfer data between systems in a way that produces the highest fidelity dynamic motion, and the LynxOS real-time operating system (RTOS) makes this possible. In addition, LynxOS provides Acutronic with POSIX® conformance to ensure seamless interoperability and portability when developing its future digital motion-control systems.
